Baby chick hatched early

Hey all, I recently had a baby chicken hatch yesterday perfectly healthy, but all of the other 5 eggs haven’t even entered the air bubble yet (apart from one egg that’s pipped). I just want to know why this might be. I candled the eggs and they are still alive but this one chick seems to have hatched almost two days before the other chicks. Any help appreciated

Humidity and temperatures has a lot to do with when they hatch. What day did it hatch on? What was the humidity level? What was your temperature?

It was likely the freshest egg, maybe just a few hours prior. I have had the same experience more than once.

I don’t know the humidity but the temperature was 38C
The second chick hatched just 10 minutes ago

sometimes a hen will sit on it a bit longer when laid and actually start it without you realizing or temps during storage or collection
