Baby chick help!!!

Im on day 21 of my hatch and i had 7 hatch out already. They came early and had none today. One of the 7 is not doing to well. Smaller than the rest and some of the yoke is dried on its back. Dont knw if its even had its eyes open. Worried tht its not gonna make it. The other ones are doing great. Hope someone can help me out.

It sounds like the yolk may not have been fully absorbed when it hatched. Sometimes bacteria will get in that way and the results are not good. Sometimes they have such a hard time getting out of the egg that they are too weak to make it. I have this happen occasionally with my hatches. Sometimes they survive tho so just keep it warm and let it rest. There isn't much you can do but let nature take it's course.

Thanks for the info. I have 16 left to hatch and hope they do. Got my fingers crossed since ths is my first hatch.
