Baby chick hurt

I have a baby chick that is injured. I think it's it's leg because when she tries to walk she keeps falling over. She is making very high pitched noise. What do I do to help her?

That chick probably needs to be euthanized. From its appearance, there may be quite a few things wrong. The high pitched continual chirping means it's in a lot of pain.
