She’s just like a normal chick! All we have to do is get her head all healed up.

Oh I’m so sorry, I just read the thread. Losing a chick is heartbreaking even if you barely had them For long, it’s love at first sight. She’ll be running around chick-treat heaven now

I am sorry for your loss. I was following this post in hopes she’d pull through even if the wound looked bad. You did the best you could and gave her a fighting chance. Sometimes it just isn’t enough. Maybe something was wrong from the get go and the broody hen realized it and tried to help nature take its course?

Oh @JustBabyMargo I never even thought she’d make it as long as she did. You work miracles, and gave her the best short time you could while she was here. No way I could’ve done that. I’m so sorry.
