baby chick not growing and plucking her feathers

my 4 week old new hampshire red chick suddenly stopped growing and is very itchy. she pulls out her feathers too. her wings are bigger than she is now. she used to even be the biggest chick and now she’s half the size of our biggest. does anyone have any ideas?

Is she eating/drinking well?

Weigh her now and start tracking her weight to see if she's gaining or not.
Chicks go through an awkward stage.
The itching, check for lice/mites, but it may be preening that you are seeing - chicks do get itchy when they are losing that fluff and pin feathers are coming in.

ya she seems to be drinking and eating fine. We separated her from our other two just incase but besides the growth and itchy feathers she seems to be fine. it’s very weird.

Personally, I would put her back with the others if she seems fine.
