My first chickens ever. This picture is a week old. I got 8 baby girls. (ISA Browns) Wow they are so different then duck's. What a joy. Was told at the time they was a week old but im thinking they was more like 2 weeks because now they have tail feathers witch i believe come in around 3 weeks of age. These girls will be a great addition to my 21 duck family..

Tired little baby's. Was nice today so they played out side in there coop.

My 2 week old red stars, going to look for a bigger TALLER brooder today haha

That's why my bantams are outside now they can FLY!! They have a roost that's over 18 inches off the ground they fly up to roost on only one of the older chicks have made it up to that roost yet but the little wild bunch sit up there and dive bomb their elder sisters and brothers lol

We found baby turkeys at our local Cal-Ranch store today, and my dad bought ten of them, they're probably getting a larger space tomorrow.

If they're BBB they'll grow very fast. I bought two last year and they were huge in no time.

Thats cute =^-^=, makes me wanna pet your turkey, although i'll have my own giant turkeys to pet here soon too. The sign said they were bronze turkeys. (does BBB mean Broad Breasted Bronze?)
