This brand new cattle watering tub is working well for our 6 new chicks. 3 buffs and 3 barred rocks. I lower the light at night about 1 inch because our furnace goes down to 60 degrees and we crack open a window in the back of the house. This was taken 4 days ago and I can't believe how much they have grown in that time. They are very active and love to get on that box in the background.

Really love your set up. Then again I'm a huge fan of well used PVC

This isn't a great shot of them, but here's our 6 new chicks. We have 5 barred rock and 1 rhode island red pullets. They're growing fast and happy.

Awww cute! I can't let our dogs near the babies. Two of them are minpins and have indicated they will eat them.
