You need to copy then paste the image address into the area (after you click the mountain/picture icon) that says "image URL", then select what size you want and click next/submit. The site will then put the photo directly in the post. Alternatively, you can click "Upload Files" and upload a picture directly from your computer, then follow the same steps.

So, with your photo address above, copy that, then paste into the section that says "Image URL", select small, medium or large, and click submit. :)

Has anybody else experienced this before? When my chicks are young they're all lovey dovey with me. They follow me, talk to me and usually beg when they want food. When the chicks grow up, they tend to ignore me, but they'll come to me when I have treats but they don't want to be loved on anymore. It makes me sad in a way. Why do they do that?

Birds are not, in general, 'lovey dovey' (there's a misnomer) like a dog or cat, don't expect them to be something they are not.... and you won't be disappointed.
