My new black ameraucana roo. His name shall be Drogo.

Two Jersey Giant pullets


I LOVE Polish crested, so I was thrilled to see two fluffy heads when I opened the box. Pullets from a rare breed assortment!


Two more pullets from my rare breed assortment. I have a hunch what they are, but want to look them up to verify first.


And here is the jewel of our brood! This is Geisha, our white silkie pullet!

Aww... They are all so sweet! The Blue Cochin, OMGosh! I can't wait to get my order from My Pet Chicken the week of May 12th. I will be getting 1 Blue Cochin and 1 Partridge in my order. I just hope they all arrive safe and healthy.

It was a source of great anxiety for me. My last batch I ordered, I had a 40% mortality rate. They refunded me for all the losses, of course, but it was still quite unfortunate. This time, though, everyone's doing great! I hope the order I'm getting next week does as well.
