Feathered legs in the bantam bin is probably a black bantam cochin.

I got these two cute little bantam a few weeks back and they are my only ones I have no idea as to what they are.
Any ideas?

What could be causing some of my chicks to have diarrhea? My 3 oldest do I know cause I let them run about for a little bit earlier and they did on my carpet! Just curious.

What could be causing some of my chicks to have diarrhea? My 3 oldest do I know cause I let them run about for a little bit earlier and they did on my carpet! Just curious.

Chicks get runny poop sometimes just because, but it could be caused by dirty water, eating something that doesn't agree with them, or--less likely--they have an illness. My chicks seem to all go through a phase when they're about 2-3 weeks old when their poop gets runny and exceptionally smelly for a few days... then it passes and they go back to solid, healthy poops.

Well Duchess flew the coop again so I helped the other two come out for a bit. They enjoyed some free time lol

Well that makes me feel better. Keeping their water clean if pine shavings is quite a chore but I do my best!! I end up cleaning it out several times a day. I put a slightly larger bowl inside upside down to lift it up higher and it seems to b working for now, but with all that practice scratching who knows lol!
