Baby Chick Pictures!!!!! POST!

Any suggestions on what you use for 4 week old chicks that have most of their feathers when you clean their brooder? We have a pretty big box but they are starting to fly out of it now. I'm constantly catching them while my husband is cleaning the brooder. Lol

Hardware cloth is good. I raised mine in a huge plastic tote. Had hardware cloth over the top, never had any problems with them getting out.

And this is why I brood in the coop. I clean the food/water/sleeping space while they're out playing in their run.

My Cream Legbars should hatch on the 8th or the 9th! I'm getting 2 and can't wait for that phone call that they are ready to be picked up! These will be my first blue egg layers

We just got our first chickens last weekend!
Sadly we lost one, but the others are doing great!
We were supposed to have 3 silver laced Wyandotte, 2 golden lace Wyandotte, and 1 Ameraucana Can anyone tell me if my Americana is in this picture? I have more pics of them individually if that would help. I'm really hoping she wasn't the one that didn't make it!
