Have you looked down its throat, maybe something is "stuck" ...
What happened to the others?

Are you sure she isn't a he?
Can you post some photos of the poop?
You mention that you've had others do this - what happened to them - did they die or are they o.k.?
I agree, she looks too hot.
If she is in the house, how warm is your room temperature? What does she do if you turn the heat lamp off - does she seem o.k. then?
Do you provide chick grit for her?
It looks like the little rascal is limping or at least favoring one leg.I've had 3 incubated chicks do this to me at around the 2.5 week mark. She is relatively quiet now, normally the crying is really really loud. It almost seems like she cannot see, though it may be just really painful/uncomfortable. No accident or injuries just starts off with her putting her wings out, crying loud, crouching while walking, being generally uncomfortable (wont eat or drink during episode). I would hate to think it is something we are doing wrong. She hangs out on old (clean) blankets off the floor (on my bed lol)with a clear heat bulb during the day and once in brooder a red bulb.

As for the wing feathering within the first 3 days, it works with some breeds, other breeds are sorta iffy. Even sex links can be wrong sometimes. When it comes to sexing, sometimes the only way to know, is when they lay an egg or crow, in the meantime there ain't no dang tellin!
I think it may be a boy, it has a more masculine face and those thick roo legs. But only time will tell.

I thought my amazing powers of deduction detected an anomaly in its gait. This chick was born with splayed leg and it's foot was also turned inward. i just started letting it walk without vet wrap cuffs a couple days ago, doing well .
I would still reduce the amount of heat that this chick is getting, see if it makes a difference.she has normal semi hard poop occasionally mushy. Yes i do give grits and she (weather permiting will go outside and has access to fine sand and other things. i caught her stealing a big bird feather and trying to eat it whole, she is a lone chick (other ones passed day 19 incubator), i will be more attentive on what she ingests as maybe cause. The other chicks are beautiful and healthy 6 and 8 month pullets. i keep my house at 68 F
