Baby chick with injured leg?

Hi there! This chick was hatched today and immediately had one leg wonky. I think it may be splayed legs but not sure. If it is, I know how to treat it but I don’t want to treat for the wrong thing. She just scoots around but no walking. She is eating and drinking but just has a weird leg. Attached are photos- sorry about the redness.

I think it is splayed leg, but feel around the leg to make sure it isn't broken.

Unfortunately she passed away. I believe she may have had more problems then I initially thought.
