Baby Chick with one Clear/Milky Eye?

I have a one week old Easter Egger pullet. One of her eyes is normal, black, and the other looks the same...but is almost clear. Maybe slightly milky...but more like a clear glass ball! It seems to keep that eye closed more often than open and it seems maybe like that eye is more sensitive to light.

Does anyone know what this means? She's about the smallest in the bunch we have but adorable all the same. I'm assuming she is blind in that eye? But I just want to be sure its not something I should worry about?

I would do some more research because I never had heard of this, I assume blindess aswell?
