Baby chick with red swollen feet. Please help!!

My new baby chicken has had problems walking properly. he was born perfectly fine. The third day of hatching is when I noticed his problem. At first, only his right leg appeared swollen but now both of his legs are red and swollen. I think they may be broken but I'm not sure since he barely walks anywhere. Some one please help me! I can't stand watching my chicken suffer.

As you can see my little black and white chicken has the big, red, and swollen feet.
My yellow one is to show the comparison in size and color.

I have seen him peck them and I always stop him. You think that's the case?

Offer water with liquid vitamins added. Many foot and leg problems are due to lack of any number of vitamins.

Thank you! He also seems to walk with his leg out and sometimes it goes over his wing. The poor thing can't stand up.
