Baby chick with swollen face (pics)

I have a 3 week old Cuckoo Maran pullet with a swollen area under her beak. I just noticed it today so I'm not sure how long she's been like this. Eating and drinking and acting normally. My heat lamp bulb exploded this morning and I wonder if a piece of glass nicked her? I will post a picture....

oh no maybe look in her mouth and see if there is a cut. the vet would know..

I did check inside her mouth tonight.....all looks normal. It appears to be all externally and then I thought maybe she is just abrading it putting her head into the feeder. She tends to rub that area when she is trying to get to the chick feed inside the feeder. I didn't know if anyone has seen this before.
