Baby chick with weird umbilical cord?

I need some help! i love my chickens and im hatching my own chicks. I have had 2 die so far and another just came out. He/shes umbilical cord is really thick and stick and is not coming off. its also bleeding? He/she looks great, but it not coming off? Any ideas what to do, or why its not coming off?

Just leave it there and you could put something on it to clot the blood.
He'll probably be fine and the cord will fall off buy itself.
