Chick with umbilical cord wrapped around leg

Hey all!!
It’s day 21 for me and a chick has hatched with the umbilical cord wrapped around its leg. I was gently able to take the leg and foot out of the umbilical cord. It’s still drying off in the incubator but it seems that it is unable to walk. Will this fix itself over time? Thank you for your time!

Can you get a picture? We need to ensure this the cord and not the intestines, which would need further treatment
