Baby chick won't dry, and is very week.

I have a chick that busted out this morning, and has been laying there week for 2-3 hours. Other chicks have hatched and dried since then. What's wrong with it? Is there anything i can do to help this chick?

Keep it warm and leave it in the incubator to dry and be rested, some sleep and rest for 12 hours or more to gain its energy and fluff.
