2x Hyroler ... Pasty Butt in your chcikcks case probably due to poor nutrition. It needs and should be eating Chick Starter, you could mix with water to make a mush. You could put some ACV w/the Mother in it's water (1T/gal), plain yogurt good too. Keep it's butt clean, wiping/removing poop with warm water. Doesn't look like it's got much feathering so needs to be kept warm, heating pad is a good source, there's a thread on it in this forum MHP by Blooie.

Mix starter food with a little warm water so it consistency of oatmeal.They really need nutrients from starter grower feed.

Some of my chicks had pasty butt for a few days. I put warm water in a lid and basically sat them in the water for about a min. Then paper towels to pull it off. Did this 4 or 5 times. I added some ACV to their water and it cleared right up.

Posting after a while cause I was really busy. I followed your advice and the the chick is more than fine now. Thanks everyone. No more pasty butt now and he is also very active.
