Baby Chick

Hi, I have a baby chick who is probably a few weeks old, he is half the size of the others and just sits in a corner shivering with his eyes closed. He also has really bad pasting. Is there anyway i can help him?

well you might wanna get rid of the pasting by using warm water on his bum. also i had the same problem but mine died unfortunatley, but oyu might wanna nurture him yourself. keep him near a heat lamp and feed him.
