Baby chicken emergency

I just recently moved to Puerto Rico where there are chickens everywhere and I woke up this morning and found a baby chicken right outside my front door and its breast is protruding so I want to know what I can do to help it if anything?

I don't know... Dry it off with a hair drier, it helps keep them alive, also try feeding him water mixed with egg yolk, I'm not sure about the protruding breast, maybe it'll go away??Is it painful?How does he react when you touch it??

It seems to hurt when I touch the brest area but not anywhere else.

one of my chicks had an air bubble in his neck, does it feel hollow?Did you feed him the yolks?

I don't have any eggs and I don't have a car to go to the store with but I do have chicken feed because I feed the chickens so I took a hammer and crushed it until it was powder and mixed it with water but it won't eat. Also the breast does not feel hallow its hard.

Maybe find a chicken and try to see if the chicken takes him

You can also try feeding him sugar mixed with water, but its short term.

Uhhh... okay.... Sugar water may be your best bet.
