Baby chicken with weird lump on foot

This morning I walked in to go see my baby chickens they’re about a week and a half old maybe two weeks and one of my chickens has A swollen foot it looks like it could’ve been an infection. He also is kind of just laying there not really eating or drinking only moving when he has to. And he can barely put weight on that foot.I will attach pictures of the foot. Please help I want this chicken to have the best life he can can have.

They are on flock raiser from purina. How about 30 other chickens and he’s the first one that has had this issue

They have a pine shaving floor.
