Baby Chickens Struggling - Not Growing.

The chickens that are affected are ones my hens have hatched out themselves.
They are roughly 2-3 months old.

They develop some wing feathers and tail. Yet some of them at the moment are loosing their feathers.. one is pretty much bald on it's head and down it's neck. It`s horrible

They seem to get stuck at a very small size and struggle to grow

what breeds?
interesting, i would try some permethrin dust/spray

None of them are purebreds.

One hen is a pure english game x one of my roosters which is a mix of breeds.
One hen is a cross.. she's a little reddy girl with suffix neck markings.
The other is my Japanese Bantam
And one of my araucana hens. I have 2 pure araucana roosters, then a little pekin x silkie rooster, One that looks like a plymouth rock but is a cross, then some suffix x boys and one pure silkie rooster.

So they're all a little bit different and unique.
