Baby chicks bulging crop

My baby silkie chick has a pretty large crop bulge when I picked her up tonight. She’s pooping normally and has a normal appetite, but she shakes her head/twitches every now and again, I’m not sure if that’s normal or if I should be worried about sour crop. She’s about 2 weeks old, give or take. I just put some ACV in their water for the night. Suggestions? I’m a new chicken owner I’m going down so many rabbit trails in google and can’t figure out what to do

I don't know the answer, but how'd your chick do?

I had one week-old chick die yesterday, possibly of a crop issue. It smelled like pee, which was probably the sour smell of sour crop.
