baby chicks burning up with fever

i went out today and all or most of my babies about 2-3 months old r burning up with what i call a fever and have lost 5 already today i have a big fan running and there is plenty of cirrculation and they have the cold look in there eyes please any help cant afford to loose all my babies i worked so hard to get this far thank you in advance for any help .........................rj
