okay i know its not a good time for chicks but one of my silkies went broody and didn't realize it, so 2 chiks have hatched perfectly i did bring them and put them in a brooder to raise myself, two others have hatched to but they didn't have many feathers they couldn't open there eyes were extremely tiny compared to the other two and had a hole right below there butts with stuff coming out, one was dead when i got out there but one was alive but died soon after so now I'm wondering why, any ideas they almost looked premature.

Can't be sure, but it sounds like the hen broke the chicks out. Even a couple hours early can result in death. I' ve seen this a number of times with broody hens. As soon as the chicks has externally pipped the hen starts pecking away at the pip hole; especially if there is a bit of blood at the site. And once started the hen does the same with the others. Possibly the two hatched before the hen got it into her head to "help".
