Baby chicks dying =( HELP! Can't figure out why!

I think I discovered the problem! It must have been something with the feed, I switched it this morning and it was definitely finer ground than the other kind I had them on. The birds I have left are the larger out of the 10 I had to begin with. Not sure if it was too big of crumbles for the smaller ones or if there was something in the feed (like mold or something because we have had a TON of rain recently and the other stuff was stored in a giant feed barn where I bought it) but they seem to be doing sooooo much better. I'm pretty sure I have multiple roosters now though. Possibly only one hen because they are all quite dominant little personalities with the exception of my little naked neck. I didn't end up treating for cocci and I added the electrolytes and probiotics to the water and they are eating and drinking more than they were before. Praying this is the final solution and I won't find another passed away in the morning. Fingers crossed! Thanks everyone!

I'm glad you changed their feed. It is always one of the first things I do when something shows up with mine. Just a little something for you to think about though. I just finished treating one group of my chicks for cocci. I did the 7 day course of the drug and after giving them the vites, and probiotics, thought I may have had it beat. No hunching, combs getting red, full of energy, I thought I was clear. Yesterday afternoon, I came in to find one of the girls laid out flat. No injuries, cocci. The point....they were looking fine, but were still sick and now they will be on Di-Methox this morning.
