The grit I got is the Manna chick grit

I'd go ahead and give them a little of that grit. Some folks like to offer chick grit in a shallow small dish but I usually sprinkle a little bit on their feed every few days. Once they get older and can take larger grit I offer that on the side and discontinue the chick grit. I keep 3 sizes of grit on hand to cover all bases.
