Baby chicks ok without heat?

I have 6 RIR that are 3 weeks old that my daughter wants me to bring to her school in the morning for career day. Already bringing 2 momma goats, 2 kids, and her pony. It’s going to be around 68-70 while I’m there. Was going to put shavings down in the back part of my stock trailer so they would be out of the wind( trailer has solid wall almost half way up). They would be without their heat lamp for maybe 3.5 hours. They are pretty feathered up but not completely covered. Never ventured out with babies like this before in the past, besides short trips without heat to play in yard or whatnot.

They'll be fine. I just put my 2 week old chickens outside permanently. While it is important to not to put them out too early, I sometimes think people make too big a deal over it.

I agree 3 week old chicks would be fine in those temperatures.
