baby duck died at 2 days old

my baby duckling died at 2 days old ...Our peking duck hatched 3 eggs, one ducking was dead look like he got smashed by the mother? then two (what we thought healthy baby duckiligs ..we put them in a brooder, the one duck still had her umbilical cord, she was eating drinking, then day two was very sleeping extended belly, then she died, we never seen her make a bowl movement,,can ducks be born with digestive disorders?”

. Yes ducks have been known to have digestive issues when being born. If you join us down in the duck section we can hopefully help try to prevent this from happening again.
