Baby duck haching what do I do

Depends. Typically ducks are slow hatchers, so it might take a while.
Okay thanks but I I don't know what to do if the ducklings starts to hatch because my duck wants to raise the baby but she sees the crack starting in the shells and she tries to dispose of the egg not realizing that her check is in there so I'm not sure if I should leave it with her or put it under my chicken light to let it hatch like I did with my chicken eggs

She'll hear the duckling, and her hormones will kick in. It'll be fine, just leave her to it.
Thanks she has two baby chickens that she's been letting go under her because she incubated them but she was just scared that their shells are cracking so she took the eggs out of the coop to dispose of them but now that the babies are out she lets them go under her and she's being a mama duck to them
