The drinking water needs to be deep enough to dip their whole head into it. I use a Tupperware type container with a lid and I cut holes in the top that are big enough for them to stick their head in, but not their body. Generally, I have to switch to a lid with bigger holes weekly. Please get a thermometer and test the temperature in your brooder. How do her eyes look ? with respiratory problems, Generally eyes will look sick as well.

Also are you feeding any thing besides the mazuri starter? If so, they must have a dish of chick grit available. Otherwise they cannot digest the snacks.

The duckling food looks huge to me.
Can you quickly tutn off red light and take a pic. Its hard to see w the red glow. Can you show waterer and take temp of your brooder? It could be minor adjustments to your set up could fix this so please do this and then Jen will take you thru next steps. I know you are panicked. We are here to help. @Jenbirdee

You can Compare her eyes to the others. Sick eyes would be runny or sticky or gloppy or swollen or discolored .
Does she eat the Mazuri starter?
Mazuri is a floating Feed that’s meant to be floating on water I do feed my ducks, the mazuri maintenance Feed morning and evening in their water buckets ( and Purina duck feed in their feeders, free choice)
If she’s not eating You can try making her a little bowl of mash, which is just feed and water mixed together to a soupy consistency.

What is the name of the vitamins and how are you giving them in their water? directly in their mouth?
