Not a yolk sac, I agree it looks like intestines. Your choice where to go from here, you can either set the duckling in a cup and keep the intestines moist and maybe he might recover. So sorry.

Do I take it out of the incubator and put it under a light in the cup?

I took it out of the incubator to see if I could "push" it back in. Its definitely too late. It has started to dry.

Awww! I’m so sorry! Did he make it or how is he doing? I just lost a baby trying to help him out! He was just too weak. I hope your baby can recover!

It is still alive. It acts completely fine. I just don't know what the best thing to do is. Keep it in the incubator? Put it in a cup under the light? I just have no idea.
