Hi everyone! I’m new here so bear with me 😊. I have two Pekin ducklings that just turned 2 weeks old. They are stepping on their own feet and don’t really move around a lot. I started giving them brewers yeast a couple of days ago thinking it might be a niacin Deficiency?? These are my first ducks so I’m wondering is this just a normal thing they go through, and if not, will they be okay?

Do you have any pictures? It may be a niacin deficiency, but I will tag @Miss Lydia for her opinion. Vitamin B complex tablets can be ground up into food, and liquid vitamin B complex is also available in drug stores and injectable form which can be given orally in feed stores.

A picture would be helpful, but most likely the duckling has pigeon-toed feet caused by a deficiency in niacin.

I would suggest reading this thread

Thank you 😊. I think I will try to find some of those tablets tomorrow. I don’t know if the brewers yeast is enough. I just want my sweet babies to get better! Here is a picture.
