I always liked the name Willow too. I watched Home Improvement with Tim Allen when I was a kid. There was a Willow on that show. I thought, when I grow up....
I only have 1 child and HE would not have been happy if I named him Willow!!
I love my Moms name. Georgiann. Pronounced George-ann. The i is silent. My Mom didn't have a middle name.
I always thought my Dads name might work for a girl too. I secretly always wanted to name a girl Chauncey Ann. A combo of my Mom and Dads names. They are both passed on so I thought it would be extra special.
my grandmas name is guinieve... ok im really not sure how to spell it, but its pronounced Jen-A- Vieve. i love it and wanted to name the last one that, but alas, i can never remember the correct spelling, so dh said No.
Just a warning, I had a friend named Joan. Her parents had named her something different, but her older brother and sister insisted she was Joan...guess which name took.
Her parents ended up officially changing her name.
We have 3 DD's. Their names are Dominica Rae'ane, Taylor Lee Ann and Reece Danielle. Taylor's middle name is from my MIL middle name Lee and my mom's middle name Anne, Reece's middle name is from my dads middle name of Daniel.
When I was 5 I thought if I had 1 girl and 1 boy, their names were going to be Felicity and Oliver. I ever had twin girls I was going to name them Hazel and Wanda. I like the old fashioned names.
My mom tried to name me Stara, said like star-ah, but my dad said no way. So they agreed on Sarah Joy.
When I was pregnant with Taylor, DH wanted to name her Confidence but I didn't like that so I shot him down. I wanted to name her Genesis, but DH shot me down so we agreed on Taylor Lee Anne.
We also considered Simmons, Jordan and Alexis.
Congrats on the little one and have fun choosing what her name will be. Let us know what you decide.
