So, I just got my babies Tuesday. One has been the loudest chirper, and today "she's" already trying to escape, fly kicking the others, pecking at me when I put my hand in there, and pecking the other ones off my hand when they jump on it. I guess I know who will be top of the pecking order already!

Pics? May be a boy.

One of mine did that when we first got her. She actually has managed to escape multiple times because she wants to run with the big girls. Shes calmed down with the pecking but is definitely a handful. And mine is for sure a girl because they're sexlinks.

That’s a Leghorn. They are quite the flyers! A Delly would have black head speckles and a heavier body shape.
Really? I didn't order a leghorn lol.... That's why I assumed she was the Delaware. I've only got 3 yellow chicks, and the other 2 have a reddish tinge to them, so I assumed those were the New Hampshires.

Hmm...maybe more pics would help? Often, they throw in a couple extra to keep the others warm. But if it’s female, it will be one of the best layers you ever have, lol.
