Just in the wrong spot. She layed it from the roost & yep it broke. I keep a window cracked where I sleep so I can here if there's any problems at the coop.I thought I heard an animal get shocked by the hot wire. But didn't check. I wonder if that could of caused her to lay the egg from the roost. Then again the birds are young . Who knows ? I needed that egg to make a dozen.
