Baby pigeon needs help

one of my pigeons has hatchlings about 2 weeks old maybe,one was froze,the other I brought in,and seems to be coming around.My concern is that it seems to have grain in its throat,when it opens its mouth,I can see seeds,like oats. Not sure what to do,should I try to clear the throat?

It's perked up, I tried to massage some seeds down but it's a pretty hard lump. Coveted it up with warm towels and have warming water bottles around it. It seems to have fluid, clear, just a tiny bit from nostrils, sounds like a cold
