Baby Quail with Splayed legs! Help!!

My first baby quailhatched and was in my incubator for 24 hours wile i was gone, whenever i lookd in the incubator to get my chicks one of them was layig helplessly on the incubator floor! I have never had splayed legs before with quail how do i treat it?

How is your baby? Were you able to fix it's legs?
