Baby starling stuck in wall keep it or put it back in the nest ?

a starling has been nesting in my houses wall for a while and today one of the starlings fell down inside of the wall and couldn't get out so I finally got it out but I was wondering if I should keep it or put it back in the nest I have a brooder with two week-old or so chicks which I could separate them with and keep it until it's older or should I just put it back in the nest?

they carry mites,lice and other diseases like mg I found a baby fell out of the nest and culled it they are a nuisance and can cause damages to houses

I don't have the guts or the heart to cull anything .
I put it back in the nest

And I honestly think thats terrible.

There is a big demand for these as pets, if you were local i would have bought it.
They learn to talk.

Unfortunately they all died I was thinking about taking one as a pet but I have enough birds at the moment , they were so cute and I can't imagine someone killing them.

Maybe if I find a different nest , is it legal to take them from there nest ?
