Baby turkeys are not able to stand..

My month old BB turkeys are getting so they cannot stand. Very weak legged. Their beaks are also turning white. Is there something I can do for them?

What kind of feed are you giving them. They should be on 28% protein and try giving them some electrolites.

I am giving them the Purina gamebird starter. I believe it is 28% protein. One of the hatcheries said because they are a heavy breed they should not be on hay to try wood chips. I am going to give that a try, But I am not sure if that is the problem. They are eating and drinking and look good other than they are having trouble walking or standing. I have 5, so far one cannot walk at all. he just moves his leg scratching to stand but cannot. The others seem a little weak. I notice their beaks seem whitish also. Has anyone had this problem?
