Baby turkey's face moving when breathing and no energy

I have 4 turkeys that are 5 days old and one has begun breathing somewhat heavy...not to bad just barely noticeable...and his face right below his eyes is moving in and out...not sure of the correct term but it is like your stomach does when you breath...he was fine this morning and this afternoon i cleaned their cage and when i put them back in i noticed this awkward breathing the others are running around and he/she is still under the heat lamp...can someone please tell me what might be wrong...thanks

thanks for the input...luckily he/she is doing fine this afternoon...i think it may have had had something stuck in his crop and couldn't pass it...but thanks again and i will continue to make sure it is eating well
