Baby with swollen lft hip and side.

Please help, my fav litttle bantam chick Seems to have gotten Injured on the left side, while I was out of town for 4 days. There's a little mark and extreme swelling on the left side as well as a lil mark on her head. Chick is walking around but with a limp. She's also eating and drinking. She Keeps hiding under me like she was attacked and scared
What can I do for her swelling ?! Should I just take her to the vet?! She's about a month old
I attached a pic of the mark. And the swelling is the entire left side

Very possible, she was in an outdoor coop/run. She just has this long mark rt by were her knee would be, like the end of the femur. I moved her leg around a bit and she won't let me extend it all thr way out, like stretch it out as if she was stretching. She let's me on the rt side but that could just be from the swelling. My sister saw her tues morning, and said she was fine, so it happend tues at some point
