I am south of Indianapolis in a heavily wooded area. I see that we are from just about everywhere. Cool!

- we are in Indiana too......just barely as we are down on the river, lol.

My dad used to live in Vevay. Thankfully I can type it and do not have to pronounce it as I am always corrected. LOL Pleasure to meet you on here!

LOL - don't even get me started on Versailles -- I wouldn't have such an issue with their pronunciation of that word were it not for the fact that I have had people look me dead in the eye and say, "Because it's French" after correcting my silly outsider pronunciation of it as Ver-sigh. Who knew we signed the Treaty of Ver-sales, lol.

HAR! I pronounce VEVAY as VEE VAY. People go "What? You mean VEE VEE?"

Like Peru Spelled like the country Puroo but peruvians pronounce it PEEREW.

Russiaville is the same Russiavillians pronounce it ROOOSHYVILLE! LOL

I don't get it but I guess it has to do with setting one apart from the others.
