Back Feathers Missing

Is there a rooster in the flock ?

I have a hen that seems to have something going on a over her tail with her feathers. I was able to catch her this morning but when I lifted her feathers she didn’t have any underneath. She has a rooster so I need to know if he’s doing this or she has something else going on. I know some are jolting but not sure is this is what is going on. I didn’t see any mites or anything in her skin when I lifted the feathers

I would guess that is rooster damage.

It does not look like feather pecking/plucking to me.
