Hi! That's exciting you are getting back into chickens! I would suggest getting more than one Polish or other larger crested breed since they can often be a target for being bullied by the ones who don't have such an awesome hair-do. I think if you get more than one, there is a greater possibility they won't get singled-out. Plus, who can resist a Houdan or Appenzeller Spitzhauben? (Not sure if those are available to you, just for suggestion.)

I agree with @Jener8or in getting another one or two Polish. Smaller breeds like that, especially with the fancy crests, can tend to get picked on, so this way, if they are, they can hang out together.
