Backstories!

When I was around 7 my dad decided he’d finally get chickens( he had been wanting chickens for awhile) and so we bought around 8 chicks off Craigslist. They came, they then grew up and we were stuck with 5 roosters. I loved all of them a lot but one was mean to all the hens and roosters. I decided(at 7 years old) I was going to “train” my rooster. And I did! I cuddled with him everyday and was always spoiling him, he grew up to be a very nice rooster named Tick(the first picture) the second rooster was Charlie he was a cute “little” rooster who love our duck Chubs who we had before the chickens. The 3rd rooster was Brownie he was a normal rooster until later on. The 4th rooster was Bumblebee he was a rooster who always wanted to be a leader and tried very hard to. And the last rooster was Vest, Vest was a leader for a very long time and he was very good at it. I then continued to keep chickens as I really enjoy them crowing at 3 in the morning and hatching eggs at random times and many other things
Oh I forgot to say all 5 roosters grew up and started acting scared of everything, also started acting like other animals such as ducks and other animals. They would no longer fight with any other roosters but acted completely normal when separate with hens. We believe since all of them acted like it the person who gave the chicks to us their rooster had carried bad genes

I have had chickens on and off since I was a kid and we decided to get some because my daughter and I do a lot of baking and DIY products mayo facial and hair care stuff i was buying 5doz eggs a week and now I don't have to it is also fun to watch my kids grow and care for them and how my chickens care about them we also have other animals 8ducks 6turkeys 2dogs 4cats 1 is prego 3fish 3leopard frogs and 15crayfish my place is a zoo oh and next weekend we are getting 7 bunnies
