This coop is custom built for you at our Monticello, Arkansas farm. We will paint it to your color choice. Choose your color at Lowes, WalMart, Sherwin Williams or PPG. We have all 4 dealers near us. Coop is 4' x 8'. Interior is 2' x 4'. this gives you a total of 4' x 10' of useable covered floor space.

There are some extras fees do to cost.

Spring hinges: $35
Insulation of interior and roof: $20
Wheels: cost of wheels

Delivery fee: reimbusement of fuel cost plus $10 per hour. Will deliver anywhere!

We have been commisioned to build a larger coop. Will house up to 18 large fowl. 6'x12' with 6' sides. The nest/roost area will be 6'x4'. This adds a total floor space of 6'x16'. Price of the 6x12 coop is $500.
 
Nice coop, would like to see hardwire mesh instead of horse fence, would keep predators out a lot better

Can use whatever wire you want. Cost would depend on the wire cost. We have a LGD so have no predation issues.
