Thanks for posting this. I've seen it advertised in Countryside Magazine and wondered if it was any good.

My DD16 used the magazine for her Vet Science 4H project this last summer. She did a display board on poultry digestion and used the article and drew a picture of the chicken's digestion system. Her project went to the Ill State Fair.
